Jack Litowitz is the Founder and Managing Partner at MaxQ Ventures.
Prior to MaxQ, Jack joined Reimagined Ventures as an Advisor in 2016, and in 2021 became the Director of Strategic Investments. While at Reimagined, Jack oversaw the creation of much of the firm’s infrastructure and helped expand the firm’s private investments in both funds and direct deals. Jack also serves as a board member at several Reimagined Ventures portfolio companies.
Earlier in his career, Jack worked as a member of the Distressed Credit Group at Cerberus Capital Management in New York. Jack also has past experience at both Blackstone as a part of their special situations investment group (BSOF), and Magnetar Capital as a part of their event-driven and M&A group.
Jack graduated cum laude from Middlebury College with a BA in economics and philosophy. He is also a four-time All-American in triathlon and represented the USA at the 2014 World Championship in Edmonton, Canada.
